Our physical bodies are responding to the thoughts we are sending out. Since mind/body/spirit are all connected our bodies love it when we focus on positive, loving and peaceful thoughts.
Our body is our amazing vehicle for this lifetime that supports us through this physical experience. There is a whole field of research called Psychoneuroimmunlogy that studies the mind/body connection as it relates to illness. This field tells us that how we deal with stress and even specifically the *thoughts* we are thinking show a high correlation with illness. It isn’t hard to make this connection. If you just think about yourself when you are having a bad day how much more likely it is that you also get a headache.
So it benefits us greatly to be mindful of the thoughts we think and to stay aware of what we are focusing on and as always watch our stress levels
