Accept what is …it will bring peace

Acceptance of what isAcceptance of *what is* brings peace. Often when we are struggling with something its because we just don’t want to accept it. Some situations seem intolerable and we think that accepting them means it will last forever or that we have to like it. Neither is true.
If you just accept that everything is exactly how it is supposed to be you will feel an instant calming peace and the stress will roll off your body. Namaste
