Do you have something you have been thinking about…and you have tried to let it go, but can’t? You keep going over and over it in your mind. I urge you to find someone and talk about it…even if the subject matter is something that you would rather not discuss…When we put an issue/thought outside of ourselves we can usually feel immediate relief. Keeping things to ourselves and going over and over it just isn’t worth it..its hard on our mind/body/spirit.
