The Art of Detachment

“You only lose what you cling to” Practice the art of *detachment* with all things. On some deep level life asks that we let go and accept that everything on this physical plane is temporary. Definitely not easy. If we insist on hanging on to anything too tightly and become fearful we actually repel what we are attempting to claim.
